Amber Mortensen - Animator

Hello! My name is Amber and I am a lifelong artist and animator. I am an Animation Major at Brigham Young University and have spent a few years working in various industry roles, whether that may be as a video game artist, tester, or cinematographer.

I have always been a creative type, though it was seeing Tangled in theaters as a kid that cemented my love of animation. Although I specialize and work in the gaming side of the industry, my emotional ties are firmly rooted in those mediums as well. I grew up falling in love with games, beginning with Artix Entertainment and continuing steadily through the triumphs of AAA gaming and the rise of the Indie Revolution throughout the last two decades of content.

Meeting, being mentored by, and working with the Artix Entertainment team has been incredible for me, and a proof to me that with connections and passion, anything can be accomplished. Animation and creation is what I will spend my life doing, and I love every moment and every opportunity.
